Toto Frito feels pride by indulging its customers with delicious dishes from original recipes from Chef Maho Hakoshima, and using only high quality ingredients. But also because the fish and oysters used for the recipes are 100% sustainable, environmental friendly and farm raised from Earth Ocean Farms (Totoaba) and Sol Azul (Oysters). Companies that also have a high ethical commitment to preserve the oceans and its habitat through their repopulating programs each year, trying to help these endangered species.
