Baja Birding Club: Dam Reservoir

The Baja Birding Club: We are going to a very special bird place this coming Saturday morning, thanks to the assistance of an anonymous dear friend. In the last 2-3 years, the Dam Reservoir off the main La Paz highway has been gated off and unavailable to us, but a buddy has arranged to have the gate opened for us at 0800 this Saturday, January 28. IMPORTANT: Each person must bring 100 pesos to pay the rancher for this favour…..look upon it as a parking charge or entry fee to a park. We will meet precisely at 0720 am (NOT our usual 0730 am) this Saturday at the Marlin Azul restaurant just south of Baja Joe’s on the main road.
