5-Week Five Elements Qigong Series – Life in La Ventana is vibrant and full of movement, but all that activity can leave the body feeling tense, scattered, or depleted. In this 5-week series, we’ll explore the Five Elements through gentle Qigong movements, breath, and mindful awareness—supporting balance and ease in both body and mind. Each week focuses on moving through life in greater harmony with ourselves, nature, and our surroundings. As we work with each element, we begin to notice areas in the body and in life that may be in or out of balance. These imbalances can show up as tension, fatigue, or overwhelming emotions. While the world can feel chaotic, this practice helps us protect and restore our internal energy, cultivating steadiness, resilience, and calm. Suitable for all levels. Starting next week, Feb 3:
