The Vanilla Elixir Workshop 

Discover the true essence of Mexican vanilla — the sacred orchid that has traveled from Totonac forests to kitchens and hearts around the world.

This workshop is guided by Chloe Campero, who lived for 18 years in Papantla, Veracruz, collaborating closely with the Totonac people, guardians of the sacred vanilla orchid. Chloe has designed cultural experiences that celebrate Mexico’s biocultural heritage — including Casa Xanath, a space devoted to sharing the Totonac culture of vanilla.
