Beachfront 4 bedroom 2 bath on paved road
Million dollar views from all 4 rooms. outdoor kitchen, have been a superhost for many years when renting rooms only. Major note 11/17/25 I have no mosquitos right now…. I am very proactive about stopping them. EL Sergento and LaVentana have many cases of dengue because people are not proactive, I even have a website to inform people how to stop them from breading. their range of distance is about 100-150 meters but in general 30-100 feet.
Centrally located. walk 30 meters for restaurants to walk either direction 100-300 and on and on. Paved road, no road in front on the beach like LaTuna areas. Great launch no cliff. Safe if you breakdown as this is near the end of the bay with plenty of people downwind.
Great internet, two different fiberoptic lines as they do go out so if important we have your back.
One master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom(only room with TV. again incredible views. Three other rooms with queen beds. Another bathroom. it is split toilet and sink bathroom, and a separate shower room. , lots of lawn furniture, kitchen has 3 full sized fridges, two ovens (one electric and one gas), two separate stovetops, and one inductive soveplate, one large convection microwave, one small microwave. lots of pots and pans.
