This Sunday, we’re offering a women’s health–focused workshop exploring the foundational relationship between chakras, glands, and hormones.

Through Tantric, Ayurvedic, and elemental frameworks, this workshop focuses on the Root and Sacral chakras—the centers that govern safety, survival, fluids, creativity, sexuality, and reproductive and adrenal health. Rather than approaching symptoms as problems to fix, we’ll explore how patterns of excess and depletion show up hormonally, emotionally, and energetically in the body.

Participants will learn how to:
• Understand what “normal” actually means for their own body
• Recognize excess (hyper) vs. deficiency (hypo) hormonal patterns
• Decode emotional and energetic roots of physical symptoms
• Understand foundational karmic and emotional patterns
• Work with nourishment as medicine—physically and energetically

The workshop is a space to ground, explore, learn, and practice embodiment, offering tools for self-awareness and practical understanding rather than diagnosis or treatment.
