January/February Series — Peaceful Minds for Busy Lives

Starting January 1st, I’ll offer a special series helpful for both brand new and experienced meditators (Thursday 1/1, then Sundays 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8). We’ll return to the foundations of meditation and mindfulness, exploring how the mind endlessly distracts us by chasing happiness outside of us, judging, comparing, and keeping us stuck in sticky thought loops—preventing us from knowing the peace that is our true nature.

This is my original course, first taught ten years ago—now refreshed with new insights and practices to support a calm and steady mind.
