Cattle Roundup at Rancho Cacachilas

Time to gather the herd and celebrate! A ranch experience with our ranchers herding the cattle to check the health of the animals, deworm, vaccinate, castrate, tag, brand and gather among friends enjoying grilled meat from the ranch, salads and vegetables from our orchards, good cold brew, wine, and dancing; not exactly a Fandango, but our very own Arrieros band and an equestrian skills demonstration of an Escaramuza Charra.
For early birds, if you wish to see the herd come in, there is an opportunity to be driven to a viewpoint to watch the dog work and ranchers move the herd, or to ride a mule to the observation site where coffee and pastries will be served (limited mule availability, reserve early).
