Join us for a country-blues concert performed by Mike Hurwitz, authentic cowboy inspired by the ranch life to sing and write his songs, through relaxed rhythms, wit and humor, using his dry, dusty voice. Enjoy a welcome cocktail and grilled meat with tortillas, frijoles charros, guacamole, pico de gallo, spicy sauces, tanned onions, roasted nopales, poblano pepper stripes with cream, grilled vegetables and a salad with ingredients from our orchards.
