NEW YEAR MENU

• 1st Course – Grilled Caesar salad with black olive tapenade, cherry tomato bruschetta, Parmesan flakes and garlic croutons.
• 2nd Course – Creamy Clam Chowder, topped with mussels in white wine, rustic breadcrumbs and crispy bacon, finished with chili oil.
• 3rd Course – Pitaya-style sea and land, Entraña de Rancho 17 in mezquite bathed in boozy sauce with mushrooms, accompanied by jumbo shrimp in mezcal.
  Fittings: creamy potato, cream spinach, Asparagus Baked
  Vegetarian option: Mesquite cauliflower with eggplant hummus, quinoa salad, pickled onions, finished with walnuts and cranberries.
• 4th Course: Homemade biscuit soaked in tres leches with Bayles, black beer jelly cubes accompanied by dulce leche ice cream, gold flakes and dehydrated meringue.
