Swimming Through Space: Effortlessness – RF Dance

This class is for everyone interested in learning about how to find more ease and flow in everyday movement, sports, and dance. We begin by looking at the bones and joints of the spine. Through touch, improvisation,  and suggested movement sequences we investigate how the spine initiates wavelike motions to propel the body through space. We will focus on effortless rolling across the floor, as well as getting from standing to lying down and back up (safe falling mechanics).
