If you are thinking of getting into the sport, this class can help you understand and prepare the body for movements on the water.
If you are already a winger, this workshop also offers ways to reduce common overuse injuries within the sport.
Together we will explore mobility and balance helping you get out on the water or fine tune your skills.
Includes a take home Wing Warm-up routine., March 15th 8:30-11am – La Ventana, 2.5 hours – 500pesos
