Rent this spacious two-bedroom house for long-term stays. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a full bathroom. The kitchen/living room area is also air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a modern 36” gas stove, a two-door fridge with a freezer, a food extractor, a mini-fridge for beer and wine, and a large island with stools. There’s plenty of drawer storage available.
You’ll have a washer and dryer combo, a clothesline with full sun exposure, and a utility sink at the back of the house.
Located centrally, just up the hill from Mariscos El Cone, it’s quiet at night.
The main bedroom on the second floor has an outdoor patio, a couch, an 8-person dining table, and amazing views of Isla Cerralvo.
We provide an additional twin mattresses for kids to sleep on the floor, with enough space in the bedrooms to comfortably accommodate them. All beds come with sheets and covers, and the house includes house and beach towels.
Welcome your traveling friends with a full outdoor bathroom with hot water. The large lot can accommodate 3-4 large vehicles plus a few tents.
There’s a one-car garage with an electric door, a hydropneumatic system provides filtered water (not for drinking) with good water pressure throughout the house, a tankless water heater, and a hot tub with a cover that doubles as a pool in the summer.
