Personal Training Private and Group Sessions Prices: My exercise programming is based on the 7 primal movement patterns which are walking, bending, squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and twisting. My background is corrective exercise. My intention is to help people continue to move with ease as we age. This will help with functional movements according to what your daily activities are or what kind of hobbies or sports you practice.


  • Circuit/Interval Training Class – Covers a full body strengthening workout with exercise circuit stations, finishing with 10-15 minutes of flexibility and mobility. Exercise options will be given to adapt to different fitness levels and intensity.
  • Gentle Strengthening Class – This class is definitely low impact and will include all primal movement patterns, postural exercises and flexibility. Expect to feel better, minimize aches & pains… and you never know! You might grow an inch after taking this class. 😉


  • 1-hr. One-on-One PT Session $60
  • 2-3 1-hr. One-on-One PT Sessions per week $50 ea. (Paid weekly $100-150 per week)
  • 30-minute session $35
  • Couples 1-hour session $35 per person
  • Small Group Classes of up to 8 people $15 per person
